A Better Way
Sometimes, friends fight amongst friends. this is never a good thing. I recently had a pretty big fight with one of my friends. me and one of my closest friends really wanted to get it all resolved, so we turned to god for help. we had given our friend many chances and always loved her. we finally came to the conclusion that until she loses a friend. she wont be able to treat her friends the way they should be treated. we talked to her and let it be for about two weeks. we had gotten through to her and she reflected over herself and the way she had treated us. she came up and talked to us and told her what her conclusion had been: she had not treated us right and we have given her too many chances. i believe that you should love everyone and always forgive them. this is one of the most difficult things you can possibly do. that is the problem with a lot of people, they hold on to their hate. I had not grasped this concept before a very dear friend of mine invited me to go skiing with him. the night we went up to tahoe, we stayed up late talking about things that were going on in our lives. I was really touched by the passion that he spoke with. this made me really want to become closer to god and become a better person like him. without him, i would still be the same person with all the bottled up hate that I have been for a long time.
